Meditation is a way of becoming aware of one's self.  Aware through the method of observation that we discover we are not our thoughts, emotions, or the body. By observing these elements we cultivate an awareness that thoughts come and go, emotions come and go, the world around is in a state of  impermanence. Though the self which we identify with as I, remains constant. By observing without judgement you are stepping into your infinite nature. One that is eternal, never changing. A peaceful light experiencing the world, though untouched by it.
